Silver Jubilee Celebrations on 9^th and 10^th July 2011 at Hyderabad

Ø  Check in to rooms with family on 9^th July before 10.00 A.M

Overnight stay at the venue and leave on 10^th July after LUNCH.  All the friends are requested to make travel arrangements accordingly.

July 9^th:

11.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M Introduction with family

1.00 P.M to 3.00 P.M Lunch.

3.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M Games for Kids and families.

5.00 P.M to 6.00 P.M Break.

6.00 P.M to 11.00 P.M Cultural Programmes followed by dinner.

July 10^th:

8.30 A.M to 10.00 A.M Breakfast

10.00 A.M to 1.00 P.M Release of Souvenir by guests from A.P.A.U.

1.00 P.M to 2.00 P.M Lunch...

Ø  Venue: Resorts short listed

Leonia. Aalankritha, Pragathi, Celebrity, Golconda resorts etc.,

@ Ch.Ramesh : You are requested to get quotations from the above resorts so that we can block the venue at earliest.

Ø  For the making of Souvenir, send high resolution latest family photo to contact.agri86@gmail.com. NRI friends if they are not in a position to attend the get together also requested to send the photos the contact mail. Hope and wish that friends in India will not miss July 9^th and 10^th

Ø  During the meeting it was discussed that some of kids of our friends will be participating in cultural programmes like dance( classical or Western) , singing or playing musical instruments etc.,

@ Ram mohan: you are requested to prepare a format for the participants to know the children who are going to participate.

Ø  As soon as the Venue is finalized we will inform you about the budget and give an account number for depositing the amount. This process of depositing the amount should be completed by May 31^st.
